Do Not Call Policy

Gorilla Mind LLC (“Gorilla Mind”) respects the wishes of those customers and prospective customers who do not want to receive marketing calls or text messages from Gorilla Mind on their residential phone numbers. It is the policy of the Gorilla Mind not to make marketing calls and messages to:

  • any person who has not to receive marketing calls or messages from Gorilla Mind or

  • any person who has put his or her telephone number on a national or state Do Not Call registry, unless that person has provided consent to receive such calls or messages or is a person with whom Gorilla Mind has an established business relationship.

If you don't want to receive marketing calls and text messages from Gorilla Mind, you can request to place your telephone number on Gorilla Mind’s internal "Do Not Call" list (“Gorilla Mind’s DNC List”). In compliance with federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), Gorilla Mind will document your request immediately. Gorilla Mind will honor your request to be placed on Gorilla Mind’s DNC List as soon as reasonably practicable, but please allow up to 10 business days for Gorilla Mind to process your request. 

  • Your request can be in writing via text message to (877) 447-7688 or email to [email protected], or by phone at (877) 447-7688. Your request must include information that is sufficient to identify you, including, at a minimum, your telephone number. 

  • If you have multiple telephone numbers, please include all numbers that you want to be included on Gorilla Mind’s DNC List. 

  • Your telephone number(s) will remain on our "Do Not Call" list for five years, unless you ask to be removed or opt back into receiving marketing calls and messages from Gorilla Mind.

  • If your telephone number ever changes, you must provide Gorilla Mind with your new number for the number to be included on Gorilla Mind’s DNC List.

When we solicit current and prospective customers, we also honor "do not call" requests on behalf of consumers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission and various state-agency registries. Both the TCPA and many state "Do Not Call" regulations permit companies to contact their own customers even though they are on these "Do Not Call" registries. Therefore, if you are a current customer, have made an inquiry regarding Gorilla Mind’s products within the last 3 months, or have made a purchase from Gorilla Mind in the last 18 months, you may be contacted by us even though you are on a state or the national "do not call" list. If you do not want to be contacted by Gorilla Mind even though you are a Gorilla Mind customer, you can follow the steps above to be placed on Gorilla Mind’s DNC List and your request will be honored.

Being on Gorilla Mind’s DNC List means that you won't receive marketing calls  or text messages by anybody representing Gorilla Mind. We may still contact you, however, for non-solicitation purposes. This would include things like order confirmations, order updates, receipts, and shipping notifications.  

All Gorilla Mind employees and/or vendors that engage in outbound telephone solicitations on behalf of Gorilla Mind are trained on this policy and are made aware of these procedures before they are allowed to place calls or send text messages to consumers on behalf of Gorilla Mind. Gorilla Mind’s management and legal department review the policy with these employees and vendors on a regular basis. The methods and procedures in this “Do Not Call” policy are reviewed by Gorilla Mind regularly. If a consumer requests a copy of Gorilla Mind’s “Do Not Call” policy, Gorilla Mind will send a copy via U.S. mail or electronic mail. The “Do Not Call” policy is also posted on Gorilla Mind’s Website.
