• Agmatine Sulfate – An arginine-derived metabolite, literature suggests selectively augments the expression of eNOS (responsible for facilitating vasodilation in the lining of blood vessels), while concurrently inhibiting iNOS and nNOS. In addition to enhanced vasodilation potential, Agmatine has also been shown to manipulate pain receptors, which may result in an increased pain tolerance during intense training. Data also suggests that Agmatine may be an inhibitor of the enzyme Arginase. Arginase inhibits the production of NO through several mechanisms, but mainly by competing with NO synthase (NOS) for the substrate Arginine and uncoupling of NOS. Thus, the inhibition of Arginase can effectively enhance the amount of NO produced through a different vector than most NO precursors upstream [R, R, R, R].
  

• VasoDrive-AP^® – VasoDrive-AP^® consists of a patented combination of lactotripeptides clinically proven to inhibit Angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and increase vasodilation. Angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) controls blood pressure by regulating the volume of fluids in the body. ACE facilitates this process by converting the hormone angiotensin I to the active vasoconstrictor angiotensin II. Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE inhibitors) inhibit ACE, consequently reducing angiotensin II production.
