Processing Your Order
Our Fulfillment Team prepares every order with care. Most orders ship from our location quickly, typically within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed during large sales, promotions, product releases, and holidays may require additional processing time.
We will be closed to observe the following United States holidays: New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Please note: The estimated transit timelines above show the approximate number of business days it will take for FedEx to move your package from us to you. The timeline for your chosen shipping option begins the day we ship your package, not the day we receive your order.
Remember, it can take up to 5 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment (see Processing Your Order above). To calculate your approximate delivery date, add 1-5 business days (processing time) to the number of business days listed for your chosen shipping option (transit time).

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping speeds can be impacted by a number of factors beyond our control. Customs checks, severe weather, supply chain shortages, and other challenges may result in unanticipated delays. We will not be held liable nor offer reimbursement for these types of delays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Gorilla Mind’s international shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees vary by destination and courier (see FedEx’ online calculator) and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Gorilla Mind assumes no responsibility for these charges. Please check your local laws for more information.
Tracking Your Order
You can track the status of your shipment by clicking the tracking link that will be sent to the email entered when placing the order.
If you do not see your order update right away, please don’t be alarmed! Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear.
Once your order is delivered, we will send a confirmation message (email or SMS) to let you know!
We are unable to make exceptions to courier policies or appeal to couriers on your behalf.
Returned Orders
If delivery cannot be completed due to address typos, service disruptions, or other issues, couriers will return the order to us. Please notify us at [email protected] immediately if this is the case. Once we receive your message, we will arrange a resolution, which will be dependent upon the circumstances.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
We are pleased to offer Package Protection Insurance via SavedBy.
This optional service can help you get a refund or replacement if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Coverage is not available in all countries or situations. See the policy summary here. Terms and Conditions apply.
To opt in to SavedBy Package Protection, head to checkout. Locate the Route checkbox (after shipping options) and tick the checkbox. Note that the service fee will be automatically added to your total. Complete your order, then check your email for coverage confirmation.
SavedBy Package Protection is auto-selected for some orders. To opt out, simply untick the checkbox during the shipping step of checkout.
Gorilla Mind will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after shipment or delivery.
