Loyalty Program Update - FAQ
We're updating our Loyalty Program on February 17, 2026, to make your rewards clearer and easier to understand. Below you'll find answers to common questions about these changes. If you need additional help, contact us at [email protected].
What's changing with the Loyalty Program?
We're updating how your loyalty rewards are displayed. Instead of showing points (e.g., 600 points), you'll now see credits with direct dollar values (e.g., $30 in credits). This makes it easier to understand exactly what your rewards are worth.
Is the value of my rewards changing?
No. Your rewards keep the same value. If you currently have $30 worth of points, you'll have $30 in credits after the update. Nothing is being taken away—we're just making it clearer and easier to understand.
When does this change happen?
The update takes effect on February 17, 2026. All points will be automatically converted to credits on that date.
Do I need to do anything?
No. The conversion happens automatically. You don't need to take any action—your account will be updated for you.
How do I see my new credit balance?
Log in to your account and navigate to the Loyalty section. You'll see your balance displayed in dollar values instead of points.
What's happening to my unused discount codes?
If you have unused discount codes from our previous loyalty system, they'll be automatically converted back to loyalty credits at their original value 30 days after we notify you. You can either use those codes before the conversion or let them convert automatically—either way, you keep the full value.
Why are you making this change?
We want to make the loyalty program simpler and more transparent. Showing dollar values instead of points makes it instantly clear what your rewards are worth, with no math required.
What are "credits" and how do they work?
Credits are promotional rewards you earn through purchases and program activities. They have a direct dollar value (e.g., $30 in credits = $30 off your purchase) and can be applied at checkout. Credits are promotional in nature, have no cash value outside our store, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Can I transfer my credits to someone else?
No. Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account only. They cannot be sold, given away, or exchanged for cash.
What happens to the Terms of Service?
Section 22 of our Terms of Service is being updated on February 17, 2026, to reflect the change from points to credits, and to clarify that credits are promotional in nature, have no cash value, are not the property of the participant, and are non-transferable. By continuing to use the Loyalty Program after this date, you're accepting these updated terms.
What if I don't want to continue with the updated program?
If you prefer not to continue, you can opt out of the Loyalty Program entirely before February 17, 2026, by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that opting out will close your Loyalty Program account, and any remaining credits will be forfeited.
Will I still earn rewards the same way?
Yes. You'll continue earning rewards through purchases and qualifying activities just like before. The only difference is how those rewards are displayed in your account.
Can Gorilla Mind change the program in the future?
Yes. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate the program at any time. Participants will be informed of significant changes through email and updates to the Terms of Service.
Who can I contact if I have more questions?
