"Not sure if the carbs are true net carbs, so I have a few days where I do choose to use a regular powder (I’m deep in contest prep) but they taste good, easy on digestion. I don’t make a habit of mega dosing creatine with these however. . 5g of these, and then 10-15g powder."
"These gummies are much easier and convenient to get a daily dose of creatine than having to deal with the powder. The flavor is okay; it’s just enough to mask the grit, but I wish it was more flavorful. That, as well as some other flavors besides blue raspberry. The chewy texture is more so like a gummy that you bite into and it sticks to your teeth than a more rubbery one. Shipping and service was fine; it made it here in one piece."

"They claim it has no chalky texture, but they do, and they are very bitter. I would rather just shoot down the powder with water, tbh. Chewing them up is just not a very pleasant experience, sort of like munching down 10 aspirin, with a slight artificial raspberry hint, and a lingering aftertaste. If you don't mind that, then you are solid."
