1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Gorilla Mind, LLC ("Sponsor"). By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Gorilla Mind Tulum Getaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter:

Employees, officers, and directors of Gorilla Mind, LLC or its subsidiaries or affiliates
Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of ineligible employees, officers, and directors
Individuals residing in the same household as ineligible employees
Any individual who assists in the administration or execution of this Sweepstakes
Any individual who is otherwise ineligible in accordance with applicable laws

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 29, 2026 at 12:00pm PST and ends on July 24, 2026 at 11:59pm PST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Method of Entry:

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit gorillamind.com/pages/tulum-giveaway and complete the online entry form by providing your first name, last name, and a valid email address. Submit the completed form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Entry Limits:

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are prohibited and will be void.

Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

5. Prize

Grand Prize (1 Winner):

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:

Roundtrip economy-class airfare for winner and one (1) guest from a major U.S. airport nearest the winner's residence to Tulum, Mexico (or the nearest major airport), up to $500 per person
Two (2) nights hotel accommodations for winner and one (1) guest (double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in or near Tulum, Mexico
Private roundtrip airport transfers between Cancun International Airport (CUN) or Tulum International Airport (TQO) and winner's hotel, arranged by Sponsor
Dual passes for winner and one (1) guest to a Tulum beach and town gym facility, arranged by Sponsor
One (1) $300 Visa gift card for incidental expenses during the trip
One (1) Gorilla Mind swag basket consisting of: six (6) shirts (ARV $24.99 each), two (2) shakers (ARV $15.99 each), and two (2) pairs of socks (ARV $24.99 each)
A one (1) year supply of Gorilla Mind Energy Drinks consisting of twelve (12) cases (ARV $24.99 per case)
A one (1) year supply of Gorilla Mode pre-workout consisting of twelve (12) bottles (ARV $59.99 each)
A one (1) year supply of Gorilla Mode Nitric pre-workout consisting of twelve (12) bottles (ARV $59.99 each)

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $4,122. Actual value may vary depending on point of departure and current market rates. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Sponsor, at its discretion, may substitute certain items with substantially similar items of similar or greater value based on availability.

Prize Restrictions:

Travel must be completed by July 24, 2027
Travel dates are subject to availability and must be approved by Sponsor
Blackout dates may apply
Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary
Winner and winner's guest must be at least 18 years of age
Both winner and guest are responsible for obtaining valid passports and any required travel documents for entry into Mexico
All other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest, including but not limited to: meals, incidentals, ground transportation beyond airport transfers, gratuities, and travel insurance
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable

6. Winner Selection

On or about July 24, 2026, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification & Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

To claim the prize, the potential winner must:

Respond to the notification email within five (5) business days of receipt
Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within ten (10) days of receipt
Complete and return a W-9 tax form prior to prize fulfillment

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements within the specified timeframes may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, in which case an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the prize if the ARV equals or exceeds $600. The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number prior to prize issuance for tax reporting purposes.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor is the sole and final authority on the interpretation and enforcement of the Sweepstakes rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by all decisions of the Sponsor with no right of appeal.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to:

Personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property
Claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy
Claims based on any technical malfunctions, human error, or failed internet transmissions

IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's irrevocable consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence, as well as a license to any photographs, videos, testimonials, quotes, or content of any sort or medium shared by winner or winner's guest, for promotional and advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at privacy.gorillamind.com/privacy-policy. By entering, each entrant consents to the collection and use of their personal information as described therein.

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action shall be resolved pursuant to the laws of the State of Idaho, without respect to conflicts of laws principles; and (c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to $4,999.99, to only actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall include attorneys' fees or costs or consequential, punitive, or special damages. Entrant irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Ada County, Idaho, which shall be the exclusive venue for any legal action arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes.

14. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or any other social media platform. By entering, each entrant acknowledges that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform. Any questions or comments regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

15. Winners List

To obtain the name of the prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Gorilla Mind, LLC, 2145 E Pine Ave, Meridian, ID 83642, Attn: Tulum Sweepstakes Winner, within sixty (60) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
