Fantastic sleep

"I have been dealing with high levels of stress lately due to work/ other issues. Last night I got the cortisol blocker in the mail and took one I was so relaxed and slept 6. 5 hours before I woke up then went back to sleep for about another 3 hours. Usually I’m up every 3 hours or so. Fantastic product carrying into the next day I feel genuinely calm as well."

After long work days in

"After long work days in a very fast paced, stimulating environment(loud, bright, etc. ) I get home late often and this helps to curb the risk of cortisol not dropping at a reasonable time. Sleep is much better. First couple times I took it made me feel like I had acid reflux(I didn’t) but then it was fine"

Brennan M. (5/5)

Amazing for my blood pressure

"I found a bottle of the old formula and started taking it along with berberine. One pill of the old formula a day and three of the berberine with meals a day. The combination was amazing. I normally run borderline high blood pressure, 138/97. After about two months, I just went in to the doctor and I was at 108/77. I also have noticed my my insulin resistance indicators getting better since, what I have read, cortisol management is upstream from insulin sensitivity management."

Q&A

Why did you guys change the ingredients? You took out 5 ingredients, now it’s just 2, why?
Emodin was previously included in our 'Cortisol Blocker' formula (now called 'Calm'). However, due to its potency and more specific use cases, we decided to separate it into its own product. This allows for greater flexibility in its use, dosage adjustment, and overall effectiveness.

I plan on taking 1 cap for 4 weeks, then 2 caps for an additional 4 weeks (8 weeks total. Is this safe and okay? Will there be some kind of rebound?
We recommend always consulting your healthcare professional before taking either of our products to determine the best protocol for you.
What is the best time to take this? I typically fast until 12 PM. I also work from home and work out around 6 PM.
It is best to be taken when one is ready to relax/go to sleep. Here is a video on it as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVuKRJv-CiU
