"Before taking this supplement, I would wake up feeling groggy. After 20-30 minutes, I would have a light headache. Well, let me tell you, after taking this supplement, I genuinely feel refreshed in the morning. It doesn't help me fall asleep or stay asleep, since I didn't have that problem to begin with. But it solved the most important one for me — not hating my mornings anymore. Recovery is also incredible since I started taking it. 10/10 would recommend."

- Fortunately, these two combined at their minimum doses will not cause any problems, however it appears that the magnesium at both of their max doses may causes unpleasantries with the digestive system.

- While it is safe to consume Gorilla Dream everday, we recommend taking frequent breaks to prevent tolerance to the product. Many users that grow a tolerance to the product may find it less effective over time.
