"No vivid dreams so far. I'm about 1 week in. So I RARELY dream. Not any that i know of anyway. When I do remember, I usually just remember that I had a dream, but can't remember ANYTHING about it, not even a theme. The 1st night, I took 1 serving (4 capsules). I had a dream!. . . that I remembered!. . . and after hitting snooze, it continued. . . a couple times. I was kind of excited, but also underwhelmed. I do have dreams that I remember sometimes. It might be 3 per year. I thought maybe I would have had that dream anyway. It wasnt vivid or anything out of the ordinary. Night 2, I took 2 servings thinking maybe something amazing would happen. It didn't. . . no dreams were had this night. Night 3, I tried 6 capsules thinking maybe more is not better. No dreams were had this night No dreams were had since night one. I'd have to say that it didn't work for me. I might have to break the rules and take 3 servings tonight. I'm still hopeful. "Had (having) bad reaction, feels like insomnia as others mention, first week or two took two before bed. Felt fine, had even some positive benefits. Tonight and before feeling very strange. (Psychadelic feeling) Probably not using this product safely as i partake in bad habits. (Smoking and drinking) and did so before this experience. Honesty is the best policy, hope someone can avoid my mistake. Going to see a doctor and reevaluate."
