Mild flavor booster for plain Greek yogurt

"Bought this out of curiosity and a way to hit my protein goals. Haven't tried it with water or milk yet. But I added a scoop of this to a 2/3rd cup serving of the Kirkland Plain Greek yogurt. It really thickened the yogurt up after a minute of stirring, as well as masking that Greek yogurt smell and taste. Highly recommend, looking forward to trying the chocolate flavor next time. But also, maybe start with half scoop. I could barely finish this serving."

I like it!

"I wish it had a little more of a peanut butter taste but it’s good. Mixes easy. I like to use it with my ninja ice cream mixer and make some tasty alternative ice cream that is packed with protein. Overall a great product. Again, I wish it had a little more of a peanut butter taste and was slightly less expensive but I will buy again."

Great preworkout don't recommend protein powder

"I would like to start off saying. I bought preworkout originally from this company. I was very impressed on good flavor and effectiveness. I recently bought creatine, and this protein powder. The creatine was fully topped off upon opening container, but the protein powder. What is half empty. And I don't know if it's supposed to be half empty when it's that big of a container or if i'm missing servings."

Is creatine in this?
There is no creatine in our protein powder.
would you recomend a 80 pound 13 year old male to take this after going to the gym. if so how much should i take
Unfortunately we cannot recommend anyone under 18 to use our products, so any use of our products will be at your own risk.
Shelf life?
Our products have a shelf life of two years, as long as they are closed tight and stored in a cool, dry place.
