Official Rules - Red Gummy Fish Game Giveaway & Contest

1. SPONSOR, ELIGIBILITY, AND AGREEMENT

The Promotions are sponsored by Gorilla Mind LLC, located at 2145 E. Pine Avenue, Meridian, ID 83642, United States (the “Sponsor”). Promotions are open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding where prohibited) who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Gorilla Mind LLC, its contractors, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, and the Sponsor’s Terms of Service. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter either Promotion, and a purchase will not improve the odds of winning the Giveaway. Void where prohibited.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The entry period for both the Giveaway (Section A) and the Contest (Section B) begins on December 17, 2025 at 10:00 AM PST and ends on December 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM PST. All entries must be received within this period.

3. SECTION A: GIVEAWAY (SWEEPSTAKES)

This section covers the random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

A. How to Enter

  • Game Entry – Enter your email through the Fishing Game entry prompt.
  • AMOE – Enter your email via the form at [Insert AMOE URL]. No gameplay required.

B. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Total ARV: $2,110

  • Grand Prize (1) – $1,230 ARV
  • Second Prize (3) – $210 each
  • Runner-Up (10) – $25 each

C. Winner Selection

Random drawing from all eligible entries on Dec 23rd, 2025. Winners will be contacted via email within 48 hours.

4. SECTION B: CONTEST (SKILL-BASED CHALLENGE)

A. How to Enter

Beat Nightmare Mode by catching 130 Red Gummy Fish in 90 seconds. Submit your email upon achieving the score.

B. Winner Criteria

  • Pure skill; no subjective judging.
  • The first 5 eligible participants to meet the criteria (catching 130 fish in 90 seconds) receive a prize. Sponsor reserves the right to modify difficulty.

C. Contest Prizes

Up to 10 Launch Boxes. ARV approx. $160 each. Total ARV: $1,600.

5. TAMPERING, LIABILITY, AND TAXES

A. Prohibited Actions

Using automation tools, scripts, bots, macros, or third-party software; modifying browser/game code; exploiting bugs; submitting falsified scores; or multi-accounting/email farming are prohibited. Sponsor may verify gameplay through backend logs and reserves the right to disqualify any participant.

B. Winner Verification & Forfeiture

Potential winners must respond and claim their prize within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements will result in prize forfeiture. Sponsor may select an alternate winner if necessary.

C. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with prize acceptance. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more must complete an IRS Form 1099-MISC.

D. Release and Limitation of Liability

Entrants release Sponsor from all claims arising from participation or use/misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or human error and may cancel or modify the Promotions if necessary.

E. Governing Law

All issues are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS

A. Email Data

Email data will be used for marketing purposes; participants may unsubscribe at any time.

B. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

Participation constitutes agreement to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

C. Winners List

To obtain a list of winners (available after December 31, 2025), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within 90 days from the end of the Promotion Period.
