"I’ve been using GM products for 6 years now. I manage a kitchen and household of 3 kids, I need a boost to keep me sharp and this product delivers EVERY time. There's a noticeable difference when it kicks in. My recall is better and i’m more relaxed and focused under pressure, especially during busy service periods. It lasts me from sun up to sun down. This product is not a cure by any means but combine it with some lifestyle changes and it becomes very effective. (Sauna, gym, etc. ) I enjoy the ability to select my dose and titrate up or down as needed. Most days I only take 5 and it’s enough. Not harsh on an empty stomach for me either. I like the caffeine dose as well. I feel it when it kicks in. Take it from me, it’s worth the investment into yourself."
