Classic fat loss supplement

"L carnitine has been around forever and a go to "fat burner". Derek even said he was hesitant to first try it. Maybe it has been around so long because it works? Most fitness enthusiasts take 3 grams at least, so you are really only getting 30 servings in a container. I don't think it's a miracle supplement and may take time to see results."

"I have used this product before, and I have enjoyed the experience and the results that came with using this product. During my first time using it, I was taking 4 capsules roughly 45-60 mins before working out. There was some slight intestinal issues, but it wasn't a big deal. Now when I take them, I'm taking 6 capsules 45-60 mins before working out, and there's been no issues. I have to say, result wise, this isn't a product that you can immediately feel the results while you exercise, I subtly feel the effects during a workout (forearms would tend to get pumped during sessions). If I could give any advice, I would say to use this product consistently. If you are a person that tends to be loose with how often to workout, this product probably isn't for you. However, if you can dedicate yourself to consistently exercise during a whole cycle of this product, I believe you will enjoy the results.
