Im wondering if i should be taking this, im 16 years old and have been working out for around 2 years, i have high muscle mass but am also at around %25-%30 body fat and have been trying to cut for the past few years, ive followed all of dereks videos and have only seen minimal results so i was wondering if AR would help and if any other supplements would help: Unfortunately, we cannot recommend anyone under 18 to use our products!
