"This is great tasting stuff! I take one after my 20 minute sit in the hot sauna where i lose a ton of water and electrolytes through what feels like gallons of sweat. It has the high salt content I would expect from an electrolyte pack (1000mg) but it lacks the overpowering salty taste to which I'm accustomed. Does this affect the heart? I can drink a sugar free monster a day drink, with no problem. Heart stems a year ago with no issues since, but gaining weight now.
